Ligurian Aperitivo

Discover the authentic flavors of Liguria with a food and wine evening designed just for you, celebrating traditional cuisine and local products, accompanied by regional wines and extra virgin olive oil.
The buffet will feature chickpea farinata, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. A Ligurian classic: simple yet full of flavor. Alongside it, you’ll find focaccia, soft and savory, made special by the local extra virgin olive oil. The menu will be completed with a selection of local cured meats and cheeses, carefully chosen from the best producers in the area and served with artisanal pickles, creating a perfect harmony of flavors that showcases Ligurian quality.
To accompany the dishes, there will be a tasting of three regional wines:
A fresh, aromatic white wine to start, a more structured white, ideal with the cured meats, and a smooth red wine to finish.
Each wine will be introduced with a brief description of its origin, to enrich the experience.
Ligurian extra virgin olive oil will be a key element of the evening—used in the dishes and offered as a tasting on its own, so you can fully appreciate its fruity flavor and subtle peppery note. You’ll learn why it plays such an important role in the local cuisine.
I’ll be with you throughout the evening to serve the dishes, share stories about Ligurian flavors and traditions, and ensure a warm, relaxed atmosphere.
At the end of the evening, I’ll take care of cleaning the kitchen, leaving everything spotless so you can fully unwind.
